The International Hosted Key Buyer Programme
The matchmaking event NOFF & ELS Matchmaking aims to attract a large number of Swedish and foreign buyers. Therefore, we're happy to invite buyers to participate in the International Hosted Key Buyer Programme.
The buyers accepted into the Hosted Buyer Programme will enjoy the following benefits:
• The cover of the cost of travel (up to the value of €200)
• One night in the Host Hotel for the Wednesday, 16 November 2022
• Reimbursement for lunch – up to 250 SEK per day (max. 2 days)
• Access to the VIP lounge
• Complimentary refreshments served in the VIP Lounge throughout the two days of the event
• Invitation to the Natural & Organic Awards Scandinavia 2022, taking place on Wednesday 16 November, from 17.00

Terms and conditions
Flights
Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd. (trade fair organiser) will contribute towards travel - please refer to the Sliding Scale for limits. All flights must be booked in advance by the attendee and a reciept submitted to ssloan@divcom.co.uk prior to the event for reimbursement. Reimbursement will take place after Eco Life Scandinavia & the Nordic Organic Food Fair.
Accommodation
Accommodation will be booked and paid for in advance by Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd. at the Host Hotel forWednesday 16th November 2022. All room service / minibar costs and expenses, will be covered by the attending individual and not Diversified Business Communications UK Ltd. and must be settled on departure. You will be asked to present your passport on arrival for additional bookings.
Cancellations
The cancellation deadline is 16th October 2022.Your trip will be paid for by the organiser, however, any cancellations after this date will be chargeable to the fee of €450, unless a replacement individual, that also meets the attending criteria is put forward from the attending organisation.
Attending the show
As part of the International Hosted Buyer programme, you will be required to attend and visit the show. To ensure your attendance you will need to visit the VIP Lounge during your visit and have your badge scanned on entry to the lounge.
